Live Wire Designs is owned and operated by Carol Newman Cronin.
A lifelong sailor, she represented the USA at the 2004 Olympics in Athens and won a bronze medal at the Yngling Worlds the same year. Carol grew up cruising and racing in Woods Hole, MA and was a member of the sailing team at Connecticut College. After a short stint in the rigging business, Carol developed her hobby of graphic design and writing into a company that combines images, text, and sailing knowledge for the marine industry. Carol has won many national and international titles in the Snipe, J/22, J/24, and on the women's match racing circuit. She lives in Jamestown, RI, with her husband Paul.
